The short answers.

What is Jilli known for?

Jilli is a modern sool jib — a Korean drinking house — and a Korean bar in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Chef Justin Min’s anju (gyeran-jjim, shrimp cigar, bulgogi risotto, galbi frites and Chimmelier KFC wings) comes with makgeolli flights, soju, somaek at the 7:3 standard and soju cocktails. See the menu.

What are your hours?

Tuesday–Thursday 4:30pm–11:00pm, Friday–Saturday 4:30pm–11:30pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the bar, and holiday hours are posted on Instagram.

How do I make a reservation?

Book a table on Resy. The bar takes walk-ins, always; tables usually fill by Thursday for the weekend. For parties of 7 or more, book the room or email hello@chimmelierusa.com.
